Q: How do I know that you have received my order?

A: We will e-mail conformation of your order to you within minutes of it being placed. If you do not recieve a confirmation, please call our sales team.

A: Mainland UK - £5.95, Northern Ireland £10.95, Higlands and Islands £8.95, Channel Islands £25.00, Rep of Ireland £20.00. We also deliver throughout Europe, please contact us for details.

next2 Q: How do I make a return?

A: We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item, please inform us by e-mail, in writing or by phone within ten working days of receipt. We aim to return telephone and e-mail messages within 1 working day of receipt. We advise that you send your package by recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during return to us. The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the item is deemed to be faulty. We will pass faulty items back to our supplier for independent inspection. We cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been altered in any way (including pulling heading tape) Your payment will be refunded within 28 days.

Q: Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

A: Yes! Just let us know at the time of ordering. We cannot change adresses once the order has been dispatched

Q: What do I do if I See An Item Cheaper Elsewhere Online?

A: Contact us on sales@click4curtains.com stating the item name, the sizes and quantities required , the name of the website that you have seen the item on and the price (including VAT and postage).We will compare the prices for you and try to get back to you with a better price. Please note: this offer applies to new sales only and cannot be applied to pending or completed orders. We will always try and beat online prices but reserve the right to not quote on price comparisons.

Q: How do I reclaim the handling fee on my free samples?

A: Simply enter the code which is on the cover sheet that you recieve with your samples into the checkout when placing your order. Your £2.50 handling fee will be deducted from the price of your order.
